what parts are you using?

 

is your res above your pump? make sure it is. if it's not this can cause air bubbles. maybe the orientation of the res also has an affect so play around with that. can try to squeeze the tubes where the bubbles are and some times that may help just don't want to keep the flow stopped so maybe a little massage and squeeze.

 

which tube is in and which one is out?
could you post a picture of the whole loop

 

What are your temps like? With bubbles like that they are hard to get out, you can try to turn the pump to its highest setting and turn it on and off a few times quickly. Sometimes with bubbles like that you just don't worry about them as long as the temps are OK. They will eventually work there way out as the fluid heats up and cools down.

When i run my 8700K at stock i have like 30 idle, but spikes to 40-50 ish. And ingame i have around 40-50. Stresstest will rise it til 70 ish.
got the same temp with OC to 5GHz.
Stresstest will rise the temp to 80 ish

guess it depends on your ambient temps what are they like. If that was me, would fuss with it for a bit buy moving the PC about see if can't get rid of the bubble.
if not, i would drain, and re do tim after i reset the block.... and refill and see if that not only helps the bubble but those temps. it might seem like a pain in the butt but, got to make sure do everything..

Is that actually a bubble or is it just that the block insert is contacting the plexi top and preventing coolant from being visible there? The block fins seem to be fully submerged.
