Are Hard Drive Cage Screws Universal?

I have a Level 10 GT Snow Edition Case (Sig Rig "White Dragon") and I recently brought that PC to a shop (A bit over a month ago) to salvage the parts from it for my new build (Sig Rig "Black Dragon") And I just realized today when I was looking over the case to see if I could get a new PSU for it and rebuild it that the shop took the hard drive screws from the case and now I don't have any of them. So my question is, are hard drive screws universal or are they specific from case to case. I would need both Hard Drive and the SSD Screws. Looking around the internet I couldn't find anywhere to but the screws specifically, but I found screws for Dell and HP Cases.

So does anyone know?

They should be universal., remember the HDD itself has the threading on it.

Ok, so where should I look and what size of screws am I looking for? Should I call up Thermaltake and see if they sell the screws separately. Cost is not an issue, but the cheaper the better.

This is where I can't help. I have a box of random screws and I use what works.

I would just go back to the shop that tore it apart and ask them to either sell or give you some screws

I would prefer not to, while yes they did take the screws. I am never going back to that shop again because of their bad quality.

I would prefer if I could to but them online or at my local Fry's if they sell them

3.5" HDDs use 6-32 x 3/16" screws. 2.5" HDDs and SSDs use M3x5 screws. As larymoencurly pointed out, hardware stores, such as Ace or TrueValue will have them. Home Centers, like Home Depot or Lowes may have them. Since the interior of my case is black, I bought a box of each size in a black finish online from McMaster-Carr.
