ASUS H81M-K bios wont update

trying to update my bios for 4gen CPU and its saying that the *.cap file is not an uefi bios file

I've tried multiple versions from here http://www.asus.com/uk/Motherboards/H81MK/HelpDesk_Download/

and I get the same message with all of them

Man I feel like a NOOB! just checked and my USB drive was NTFS not fat32! updating as we speak!

If it can download an application that passes reverse this Situation is not truly able to buy another .
