hey,

I hope someone can help me with the following problem in have with my just newly build pc.
I have a ASUS ROG strix 570-e motherboard with a AMD ryzen 7 5800x and 2 16gb Corsair vengeance pro 3200.
when I use 2 ram my motherboard start up with the error 0D and doesn’t work, some memory failure I read, But when I just use 1 ram it’s starts perfectly. I tried the ram in both combination slot 1&3 and 2&4. 10.0.0.0.1
also does the motherboard say it’s on 2133mhz instead of 3200, when I use the overclocking the pc crash after A period of time.

That error 0D typically points to a memory initialization issue. Since your system boots fine with a single stick, it's likely not a CPU or motherboard failure, but possibly a RAM compatibility or BIOS issue. A few things to try:

Make sure you're on the latest BIOS version for your ROG Strix B570-E. The Ryzen 5000 series had early memory compatibility issues that were smoothed out with updates.

Test both sticks individually in the same slot to make sure both are fully functional.

Try manually setting the memory frequency and timings instead of using DOCP/XMP. Try 2933MHz at 1.35V and work up from there.

Double-check that both sticks are fully seated, these boards can be finicky with pressure. If it still fails, it may be a weak memory controller or an early bad stick.
