Best Graphics Card Repair Business in the United States? Preferably in Missouri but anywhere is okay as long as prices aren't too high & quality of work is high.

I need to have my Powercolor Red Dragon AMD Radeon RX Vega 56 looked at. It gets hot, fans spin but no post no detection.

PS - Do any of you guys know how to repair GPU's?

Thanks because the flash bios is fine, it worked fine before I took it apart & cleaned it under water & didn't let it dry completely before powering it on, idiotically I did yes. So I'll look into these shops you speak of. Thank you so much. Yeah the card is $129 for a good used one so it may not be worth it.
