Same question here. And another thing are all the keys removable because some of my keys won't come off, I feel like using a wrench to yank it out.

This is what i do.. you use the mechanical keyboard right? Take out the plastic cover that came with the box and use it as a shield WHEN you are NOT using the keyboard to prevent dust or spills. When it's time to clean. I use Microfiber Cloth and Rubbing Alcohol to keep it clean from germs and anything sticky. Last resort is Cyber Clean GOO which works good but i rarely need that anymore. I rarely have anything sticky nor dirt. I clean it once a week same as my tower. Great keyboard!

Dust doesn't stain, it's obviously a skin oil/dead skin grime issue. Putting a cover on it WILL reduce dust, but it won't reduce the appearance of skin oils on the keys.

The cyber clean really helps a LOT! I used to clean my G15v2 almost every other day and after I while I stopped cleaning it just to see the difference and in just 2 months the keyboard had dirt all over the place!

Also how can we easily remove the key caps on the Black Widow Ultimate keyboard?

Just FYI. Taking off keycaps voids your warranty

Be sure not to tell them if you ever send it in.

I use alcohol on the keys. Just be careful no liquid goes in the crevasse of the lit up razer logo on the bottom. It caused some of the black coating to bubble somewhat. Then again, maybe the alcohol was too harsh and I needed to dilute it more.
