I just picked up a used Hellhound 6600xt for cheap and im planning to push it as far as i can.

There are several posts here indicating undervolting is the way to go. Im comfortable flashing bios's as well so not sure which guides or posts are the best to follow.

Whats the best approach ?

Just open radeon settings, go to performance and tuning and select auto overclock, or undervolt. Not much else to do these days but select manual and try to push it a little higher. Focus on cooling for max performance.

you can reach over 3200/2600 if you have custom cooling on it. ime the vram temps reaching 80c always result in a crash , basically just copper mod (shims) / paste/stronger fans is what id do, dont need to put waterblock on it but is an option

Im currently at 2900/2300 stable after applyging igor's adjustments. My best gfx score puts me at 5th fastest : I scored 19 930 in Fire Strike

Power limit is at 160 -- Is it worth going higher? Its definitely pulilng more than 160 according to Afterburner
TDC limits - 127 and 25. I probably shouldn't play with these too much?
MVDD at 1400 - Should i go to 1450 or is that a bad idea?
And ofc the FCLK AT 1980 - Whats the consensus on going above 2000?

It averages around 65 degree's and the hotspot doesn't go above 95 so i think i have some more room to work with.
