I am in search of good ways to do cable management in this case. I do realize that there is billions of cubic feet at my disposal but the fan controller cables that I do not use are just a burden to hide. Does anyone have any pictures or general pointers for cable management for this case that would be highly appreciated.

Thank you for your time

My Cosmos II before my GTX 670 which is basically the same thing:

700

Tips:

1. Take glue off of cables preattached to built in fan controller and take out every cable you don't need for example the fans, leds etcs. (I don't use any of the LED cables so that's more than halfed the cables in the beginning)

2. I put the hot swap cables in through the side and shoved them in the hot swap bay themselves since I only put my WD Passport drive in there for storage.

3. Bundle up the extra connectors that you dont need like perhaps front audio or e-sata and then shove the small bunch in the upper left hand of the right side panel area (This way it's not a hassle to hide and not a hassle to get them back if you need later)

4. Play around for hours with it, I only take a 20 minute period to do mine but I know people come up with good stuff with some time alotted to the job.

Go over to the Cosmos II Club for more help and questions, a lot of us owners are there posting daily so you can get some good pics, ideas, and input/feedback there.

Did you sleeve the PSU cables yourself?

Thank you for the advise good fellow, and the only question I really have is with removing the fan controllers, are they easy to reattach if I want to sell this case for what ever reason in the future? And on a side note nite mounting of your H100, mine was a pain in the arse with my motherboard :/ Again thank you for your help.

Yes it's really quite an easy task putting back in the fan/led cables, they're just 3 pin extensions(see pic below, old version 1 fan controller of cosmos II):

700

It's plug'n'play really.

H100: Ya lol, my 8 pin mobo power cable hates being shoved behind the push fans below the radiator.

I wish but no, they're Bitfenix alchemy extensions but I will actually do some sleeving (already have materials now) when I get the time and a WC loop in there ^^

I see, wish my country had stores selling pre-sleeved cables. They look nice, and require no hassle...
One more question,if I may:
I see you turned your PSU with fan downside.Does it have any signifficantly negative effect on the PSU's temps?

Ya seems a lot of countries give the tech enthusiasts a run for their money

As for the PSU I'm pretty sure it's the preferred way for cooling, it's ran face down for around 3-4 years now without a hiccup and since the PSU's fan acts as an intake I'm gonna guess it cools the internals of the block better than it would facing up since it can take up cool air from the ground and blow over the components then right through the back of the case

I see, never thought too much about flipping the PSU,didn't know it could actually help with cooling,I thought the only advantage is to have the wires closer to the routing holes...
Maybe I'll try it out now when I don't have to worry about the temps,I need every cable mangement advantage I can get,my Antec 902 has minimal CM possibilities, and I hate my cluttered mess...

Anyway,thanks for the time,repped

Np, happy hunting with that cable management, but yah it can also get the wires closer, depends on your PSU, the fully modular ones would do you well I bet.

Thnx for the rep ^^ Might be able to sell something eventually on here
