So I did a reinstall of windows 7 this morning and am reinstalling everything from scratch. Now my pc recognizes both my main ssd and my E drive which is my secondary hard drive. But when I installed Dragon age Inquisition from origins to it, I can't find the game. Before the installation, I checked to make sure I get a desktop icon but I don't get that either. Steam games seem to work. I get a desktop icon when i begin installing a game to the E drive. Also there was no problem with dragon age before I reinstalled windows. I installed it in my 2nd storage just fine. HELP ME

Did you install the game before or after the reformat?
If before, you'll need to install the game again for Origin to recognise the file path. Or you might be able to point Origin to the files via the registry. This is complicated and may not work.

I did have the game before the reinstall, but I wiped out everything. So i gotta redownload everything from scratch including this game.
I just meant that the installation process to the e storage went fine before I reinstalled windows 7. I reformatted everything.
Can someone tell me why just origin games (not steam, working fine) are not showing on my desktop when I install them on a secondary drive? Is there something I have to do to the hard drive?
