The CX430, but are these your only options?

 

Corsair VS is crap so stay away

 

Umm not really bt budget is constrained to around 35$

I had a feeling that you are. It seems that everyone from India who has this budget can only get either the VS450 or the CX430.

The CX430 is a little better than the VP450.

So, I recommend the CX430 unless you're able to spend 4100 because the 430W SeaSonic S12II is available at for 4100 and it's a much better PSU than the CX430.

Umm not really thinking of spending that much besides my system would use around 250 watt soo i guess anything decent would work but no one answered what i was looking for .... is it worth going for cx 430 over vs 450

Again, yes the CX430 is better and again (again), the VS450 is inferior as well.

Will you be doing any overclocking?

Then definitely get the CX430, but do not increase the video card's voltage. This isn't a high-end PSU at all, so keep that in mind, but it's definitely the best of the 3. However, that 430W SeaSonic S12II would be a much better choice for overclocking both the video card and CPU.

 

sorry guys had to settle for vs 450 guess what cx 430 isnt available in market and so was seasonic guess i shouldnt be doing any overclocking
