Interesting shapes, i hope revenger S is no more than 100g.

 

They are all probably 120g+

The ravenger is 115g and the ravenger S looks smaller so it might be 110g lol

minos x5 has separate button shell. I would like to see what it looks like on the right side of the mouse...

but it looks alright for what it is, just not for me!

 

The Minos X5 looks promising!

 

Honestly their mice could be real good but their choice on coating and the side "grip" really let them down, it's so uncomfortable after a while.

 

EDIT : Also the Surpassion with 3330 which has a display on the bottom ( probably stupid and overweight )

 

TBH the lineup doesnt make much sense to me, Revenger S and Surpassion could have been one and the same Product, they need to have a gap in pricing otherwise it would make no objective sense to buy the Surpassion over the Revenger S, on the other Hand a 3360 mouse with LCD would have "no" price limit upwards.

Then they have three "Mid" size mice for right handers, the actual Ambi mouse is getting no Update(450m).

Should also be M for Midget size.

From what i can tell the revenger S is ambi and the surpassion is ergo.

Again, I'm only judging from the pics in this thread, but the revenger s looks like a FM S1. Completely symmetrical, except with side buttons on the left. Nvm I'm wrong the right side looks slanted. I guess it's only a flatter revenger.

 

Revenger S look even more cool, gotta hate Cougar, don't have so much money for all the companies to feed..

Cougar is just releasing stuff into a very crowded market hence shape and components have to matter here. Whilst everyone is in LOVE with Razer, Logitech or Roccat the much smaller companies have room here to innovate.

New mouse shapes is one area for them to achieve recognition and looking forward to their up coming models being released and hopefully they manage to deliver something like what Thermaltake had done with their successful Ventus X Optical series.

When it gets crowded, time to really make something special and noticeable and the smaller guys can do that far easier than the giants holding onto their shareholders.

 

Any ideas on when these are released? I wouldnt mind having a go at that revenger S.

Minos got me hyped instantly back then, now I'm even more hyped as it's only 88g.

 

As one who never owned a cougar mouse how is their build quality?

Revenger S and Minos X5 both look interesting

 

Market your 2000Hz all you wish, but until your click delay is sub +8ms from the Ikari, you're not worth my money, and even +8 is pushing it.

 

I've got a Revenger and an X3 and for build quality the Revenger is rock solid. Everything on that mouse feels perfect. The Minos has some rattles on the buttons on the bottom of the mouse but it works fine. I've had the X3 on different pc going for a few months now with no problems from it.

 

Subscribing to this thread. Interested to hear what owners have to say. The X5 actually looks really good! (on paper

)
