Fastest ISA Video Card

I'm trying to find the fastest ISA video card out there. I was told that my on-board S3 Trio 32 1MB is probably going to be the fastest I can find. My main issue is VRAM. I'm limited to 1MB, once I load VESA into the VRAM I only can run 800x600 @ 16-bit. So I lose higher resolutions. I really don't want to solder more VRAM onto the board.

Can anyone help me find a ISA Video card that has more VRAM and is faster?

You are right, I'd never spend that. But I double wouldn't spend it on a 8-Bit ISA interface.

This is a 16-Bit interface and is also 2MB of VRAM.

Seriously? Obviously I don't have PCI slots. I'd toss an nVidia 8500GT in there if I did!

Can't think of any ISA cards that I know of that fit what you need. I'm sure they're out there.
Thanks. I also think they're out there. I saw a ISA ATI Mach32. Which I guess is rare since they were mostly made using the VLB interface. I should have bought it when I saw it.

Any computer not having PCI belongs in the garbage. Seriously people give away full PCs with 128 Meg video cards here.

Not to mention that I don't remember if any ISA video cards even had 4MB of memory which means that you might just be able to run Windows 3.1 lol

I think it's a matter of personal preference and some people use them for things besides nostalgia. I wouldn't be too harsh on someone revamping a very old PC.
