Sounds like super high friction, and super low durability to me.
leather pads are SUPER SLOW it's like dragging your mouse through mud, think of these pads like this, some random guy is china found out he can sell "high quality" pads for offices using materials that look nice but should never be used for mouse pads and normies will buy them .
You're all probably right, a true leather pad - at least like from the 2nd link - will be too sticky feeling. My guess from the beginning. Also for the forearm skin.

Hey nice find dude, could you help with the translation since google didnt do a great job.

is
#1) felt ?
#2) PU + ?
#3) microfibre cloth surface with leather base? The high quality fine mesh fabric cover ensure that the mouse moves smoothly and precisely. (Die hochwertige feinmaschige Stoffabdeckung sicherstellen, dass die Maus sanft und präzise bewegen.)
Hm, whatever they wrote it rather looks the opposite way. From the pictures it looks like a microfibre back and a leather top. The first is made out of felt, yes. And - important - wool felt, not synthetic.

Of the 3 you've linked, I'm most interested in #3 if it is microfibre (that's what all current cloth gaming mousepads are made of) because the leather base is really nice.

#2 made of PU is simply synthetic leather (aka fake leather). Which is available in different qualities, some PU leather last years & some will crack easily. If it's made in germany, should be the better stuff. PU does not absorb sweat unless it's the higher quality stuff where they have micro punctures in it.

the felt mousepad would look awesome in any office. with some really nice mouse feet, it would help the glide since felt is slow & "hairy". I would consider using this as a base mousepad (as a cushion for both my wrists) then put my fave mousepad on top.
Again, take care with the third one as it rather looks like leather TOP and microfibre BACK. Well, maybe one could use it the other way around. Who knows. :) The 2nd one is out for me as of now. I'm interested in the wool felt pad #1. It shouldn't be so hairy like known felt products. The description says "Der Filz ist glatt (keine herabstehenden oder lose Fäden) und für die Hände angenehm." which translates to "The felt is smooth (no threads sticking out or loose) und pleasant for the hands."

I've had a aniline leather mousepad before from timberland. felt really nice but it was small, office use size.
