Go to File > Preferences > Display and edit the Album Art section as appropriate. I have it set to pick up any images named folder.jpg, cover.jpg and front.jpg.

 

Found this also saw something about using Mediamonkey.com and doing a batch art finder, here is the link: Batch art finder script for media monkey

A:
You make a file called "folder.jpg", which is an image for cover art for a folder of music files. Works in WMP as well.

That's pretty much about it, the only thing that may be a problem is if the skin is looking for cover art on the file's tag instead of the folder.jpg, in that case, you have to use a program like mp3tag (free) to embed cover art in each file's mp3 tag.
