As I mentioned above, try looking at korean samsung website, they sometimes have newer files

Like this 1025 here

It will probably work on yours, even though the last 4 letters are different

Was same for my model and worked fine

Or which one did you try now?

or even older

But jeez, it should never be this hard to find the links of older versions.
I mean Samsung still hosts them, its just that the only way its accessible is if someone posted the direct link somewhere -.-
terrible...
Yes I tried to ask support they told me they dont have access to these files. This monitor when it first appear had premier tech but the quality is bad. I suffered also from random power cut off problem from 1.5 year and I was very lucky that I found someone was able to fix it with high price of course.

I guess changing it in your windows settings might do the same thing.

It is probably grayed out in your monitor settings because you have freesync enabled.

Also to note, with my LC32HG70QQUXEN, I always had issues when I enabled Ultimate engine on Freesync, sometimes weird glitches, but the most annoying thing was flickering with static 2D images in some applications and mostly games. (Good example is Rimworld)

After setting Standard engine all problems are basically gone, so I would not recommend using Ultimate engine.

Problem that lines appear before entering windows. I found that I need to set freesync off and all other options will be enabled so I set refresh to 120 and then freesync to standard. Will see tomorrow after long period turned off if the lines will appear.

After some testing yes freesync settings and refresh rate affect the lines appearance and sometimes the display port message keep flashing and does not go away until I turn off the monitor and on again. I will try to get rid of this bad monitor and I will get LG or AOC

Just for the sake of completeness, did you tried another display port cable, a good quality one possibly?
Did you tried through an HDMI connection?

And i would also point out, that some brands are not doing well with VRR, freesync.
LG, correct me if i'm being wrong here please, notably had some freesync issues, or needed some updates to work correctly with AMD gpu.

My point is, before getting a new one, you should spent some time, looking for customer reviews about the product, you are interested in.

Yes I tried another display port cable and another port. I will try HDMI
And yes I always read the reviews but most important is the warranty as almost all local companies here give fake warranty
