I got a Samsung Captivate and I would like to use it to read books.

What are some good apps that would allow me to do so?

iirc there's a Kindle app. Barnes and Noble also have a Nook app for Android

Thanks guys!

If you already own the ebook, use Aldiko. Otherwise, buy through google books, amazon kindle store, or the nook store. All good apps. Aldiko is my favorite, then nook.

Would probably be more comfortable reading from a kindle or tab.
If you own one. I'd take the phone over a Dekstop/Laptop though.

This is probably true, but my phone is much more convenient.
