I have decided to save up for a 500GB ssd for heavy games like gta V and other slow loading games, is this ssd a good go? If i buy it now i get it for 250.5 usd.
Well TechReport already proved that it's almost impossible to wear out SSDs.

It's not about the flash modules it's about the caching and without slc caching which protects against write burn out, this drive is really a risk and should be stupid cheap to justify the ymmv aspect in regards to write life. I see no reason to buy this drive if it's not substantially cheaper than comparable drives.Originally Posted by brucethemoose

Yes you're right. It still uses MLC flash though, right?
Unless the MX200 has dedicated SLC NAND for use as cache, I really don't see how the "dynamic SLC" function will protect against write burn out. As far as I'm aware, the driving reason for using MLC/TLC in SLC mode is speed rather than longevity.Originally Posted by tsm106

Norway is a very small market (~5M pop) but also the richest per capita country in the Western World. (Luxembourg is a "city").

A rich country should mean "low wage" ppl are making more, services and products through-out supported/performed by high-wage ppl cost more.
Trust me, you have it better than 99% of ppl in the US and the huge majority of the world - weather aside. =)
Well, according to "Prisjakt" it is 5 NOK more expensive than the Samsung 850 EVO.
Yeah, but "komplett.no" is the only site i buy pc parts from as i get free shipping and also keeping all of my receipts in one place
