There are several observations you have added to that image which are not entirely correct. There are likely multiple light sources, as is standard with "PR" photos, but you can clearly see the dominant one comes from the ceiling as there is a "shiny spot" on people's foreheads to a greater or lesser extent depending on position, or changes in lighting on the hair. The exceptions to that are the male with gelled hair on the right (but other lighting on his face makes me think there is probably a window on that side out-of-shot) and the male who poked his head up just above Zuckerberg. The "perfectly lit" female is uneven - the right side of her face is shaded and she also has the "shiny spot". As for her size... some people are small. One of my high school teachers wasn't even 5', it wasn't dwarfism, all proportions were correct; genetics at play. As for the gelled males glasses... I have seen plastic lenses with anti-reflection coatings; combined with a lucky angle and you wouldn't see anything reflect.

I would suggest that there is no flash on the selfie camera, that there is significant overhead lighting in multiple fluorescent tube lights (probably with diffuser coverings) and at least one, but probably a whole wall of windows to the right of and behind the camera.

Definitely no flash used, clearly big window light to camera right, all lighting looks sane to me.

Source: I'm a photographer who often uses 4+ flashes and ambient light sources in single photos and I spend a lot of my time reverse-engineering photos like this one.

 

I'm new to the industry but I'm also a professional photographer. Looks like there's regular office lights from above with the reflections on peoples forehead. There's really no catchlight in the eyes, however, with the wall on the left there's definitely windows on the right.
It's easy to lift the shadows in pictures these days so it's probably more of an edited photo that's slightly less real in terms of lighting... looks like crap imho

I spotted some anomalies in it. One of the biggest flaws being that the camera flash is not casting shadows on the people behind him, assuming a flash was used, and the woman's face (circled) being abnormally small and no shadows being casted onto her despite being wedged behind two other people. The other issue is the ceiling lights casting deep shadows on the man (circled) but not on his chin. And the guy on the right who looks like Macklemore had almost no reflection on the lenses of his glasses as all.
Quite literally this photo's lighting makes no sense.

It's clear there's more than one light source. Also the image is too compressed and whatever you used to point this stuff out clearly ruined any chance of looking at fine details. If you used Paint, shame on you. There's a better photo editor program literally called Photos, in windows 10.

 

Interesting fact: Photos is not present in all versions of Windows 10. On Win 10 Enterprise LTSC like I run Photos, as well as Edge Browser and Cortana are omitted entirely. They must be manually added in later. Even the Windows Store is not present on enterprise.
