There both very close in specs the Kingston Fury has a little lower cas latency. They both have AMD Expo for OCing ease with the speed and voltage in the ram. I personally have the Kingston Fury Beast in my rig now and its been very good to me being OC'd. Im sitting at a stable 7200MT/s and volage at 1.5v really efficient modules. Yes the higher the Mhz you run will help with over all system performance and FPS. Ive seen a about 10-12 FPS more benching from stock 6000MT/s. What mobo do you have? I have just 32gb was thinking of 64gb, but 32gb its plenty for me i don't use CAD or heavy memory intensive programs.

I recommend the Kingston Fury Beast, as I have it in my rig and it's working fine.
Probably the G.Skill Z5 Neo doesn't have a thermal pad on the PMIC, so try to avoid.

You won't see such a performance boost with your 9800x3D with a high frequency RAM compared to a processor without the 3D cache, so put elsewhere that price difference.
