Noctua w/ Direct Die - Modified AM5 Spacers - 7950X3D

Hey all,

I am receiving my 7950X3D chip next Monday from Amazon and looking to do a delid+direct die cooling solution with a Noctua SecuFirm2 mounting system and a Thermal Grizzly direct die bracket.

The issue I'm trying to figure out is what size spacers I will need instead of the provided grey spacers so that my cooler can get low enough to make proper contact with the exposed chip.

Anyone who has delidded an AM5 processor able to share the z-height difference between AM5 direct die and a typical AM5 w/ IHS height? Once I figure that out, I'm going to try and find some plastic spacers on Amazon that are closer to the correct height so that my cooler mounting brackets will drop that same height.

According to der8auer, the thickness of the IHS on these new AMD chips is 3.6mm vs 2.5mm on the 5950x and appears to be flat on the inside.
I think I may just have to get some measurement calipers and measure the change in mm with the IHS attached vs. the delidded height. IHS height being 3.6mm is good information, but I need to know the processor total height without the IHS. I don't think I can just subtract the 3.6mm from the overall height since some of that 3.6mm IHS height is overlapping with CCD/IOD height.
