so i have z490 gaming x and z490 aorus master i have this ram

the xmp no stable RTL D1 59/68 IOL 6/14

so i think the IMC very bad in gigabyte
i want to buy a new mobo so apex asus or z490 unify?

The IMC is in the CPU, not the motherboard. Anything above 2933Mhz is considered overclocking when using a Comet Lake CPU. Try to either raise the voltage up to 1.5v or loosen the memory timings.

I set VCCIO and VCCSA(System Agent Volta) to 1.15v as well for memory overclocking.

my cpu 10900f
The IMC of the 10900f officially supports 2933Mhz memory, anything above is overclocking. This is dependent on the CPU IMC.

Try 1.4v DRAM voltage, if that isn't stable increase VCCIO and VCCSA, I suggest not going above 1.3 for both.
If that doesn't work try: CL17-18-18-38 1.35V

Memory Types DDR4-2933

SO you think 1.3 for both vccio and vccsa is safe for 24/7?, Iam still new to intel new generation platforms tweaking.

Overvolting is never safe, hardware is going to degrade after time.

I think 1.3v is safe for 24/7 use. By default many motherboards set VCCIO and VCCSA between 1.27 and 1.32 when setting XMP of fast memory. Usually these voltages can be reduced down to 1.1 - 1.15 but when you lose the silicon lottery they definitely help to overclock memory.
