I notice in a lot of games the psp struggles to keep up. Low Frame Rate on a lot of sports games. is it the games are too Ps2 power requirement or is the thing just underpowerred?

well, it is capped at 222. maybe that has something to do with it. it could well be that they didnt realize it would be capped to that level during dev.

Actually, I have played Ridge Racer and Tony Hawk and both were great. No problems at all. I'd send it back bro.

And load times are slow on every game. UMD is apparently a pretty darn slow format.
