Replacing water block on 4090 with air cooling

Hello, a bit of a unique question on a water cooling forum. But I'm looking to going back to air cooling for my MSI 4090's. I still have all the air cooling parts and in theory I just need new thermal pads. However I'm having trouble finding a diagram of what thickness goes where.

Does anyone know what thickness to use and where on the PCB?

Since I Have this card: man this is going to suck. You can't find 1.25 and 1.75 easily, and the 20W/mK ones are really too firm. So I guess a soft 1.5 and 2.0

Also I wouldn't really bother with anything but the VRM power stages and the VRAM. Inductors and backplate are irrelevant.
