SteelSeries Engine 3 "Loading" forever

Hey guys. I'm new here. I picked up some SteelSeries Siberia Elite's in white. Unfortunately SteelSeries support is absolutely terrible so I'm reaching out to you. I'm hoping someone might know what's going on with my SteelSeries Engine 3. When I open the program it just says Loading and it gets no further than that. So I can't mess with the settings at all.

I'm on windows 7 64bit.
I've tried uninstalling, restarting and reinstalling and nothing is working. No one else seems to be having this problem either. I usually just google my problem and find an answer >_< Please help!

I had the same problem and solved it, perhaps to late an answer, but if nothing else it might help others. Solution: Right click on the program icon and choose "Run as Administrator".
Worked for me at least.

Hi, i've had the same problems with mine.
Here's what i do
1. Uninstall the engine
2. Open cmd (in administrator)
3. Type Netsh winsock reset
4. Restart your computer then re-install the engine
