well now we are talking under water/sub zero conditions....

that makes a difference.... run a 125 PCI-E freq on a stock cooler, or 1.44vGpu... Just not going to happen..

but much like cpu's, once we go sub 0 there are new rules....

Yes..really, granted not on every mobo its run in..but with my bench rigs, 117-125mhz PCI-E is where Im at, when the 3D benchies are going down.
