tested tweak for 8 threads.. and it works.. hit 90%...

put this in ure config

Everyone's favorite Brit (TotalBiscuit) has a video up on his page, I personally like his type of commentary and trust his opinions.

He made me feel a bit better about snagging the game, and watching his video I didn't see the kind of freezes and hitches I did in Navs video, so I am going to assume it was just the recording itself in Navs video that caused it. A few small performance drops were noticed, but they were minor - as per TB.

I might pick this up on the Summer Sale if it is on it, it looked kind of fun and I like the idea of a single player long campaign with hidden goodies.

cause he enabled MSAA. without it his fps will be skyrocketing.. i gave up trying to find a fix for 4k or close to it actually 3820x1620... 21:9 downsampling. 3440x1440 however had no issue whatsoever at even MSAA 8x.

Will try on my 4930K... do I paste it anywhere in the config?

i just paste everything at the bottom of the wolfconfig file.

seriously too many reviews on benching the gc's are out wihout really trying to push the limit on the game first.

I'll give this a go later on. Hopefully it fixes some issues. Getting only 58 fps currently with my 295X2 at 1440p.

this part still experimenting.. did have a few lockups..

err u might want to take out the forced CUDA. and MSAA. without forcing cuda on always.. texture popup will happen. on nvidia anyway.

had a good sesh on this game last night. absolutly love the gameplay, really enjoying it, a bit of emotion in the game which is surprising giving its a glorious nazi killing bloodfest.

had some graphical issues. running this game @ 1440p on my sig rig, using 337.50 drivers, so it should be getting slaughtered. I have everything maxed out through in game settings, havent messed with config files yet. first issues is when i turn on uncompressed textures, game is unplayable, ie it is like 0.5 fps stuttery crap, turn it off and its silky smooth at the fps cap.

other issue is im getting weird white shadows popping up around people sometimes. not sure what this is, anyone else experiencing this and know a fix? is it that texture popping people are talking about?

ive got 2x 780 tis, but i think only 1 is getting used due to there not being a sli profile yet? maybe my vram is getting capped causing the stuttering...

adding the cudatranscode.. no hit from the MSAA 8X.

16x will take a hit.
i dont have that file ???
 
about 2hours into the game. better then expected, gameplay /shooting mechanics are really fluent / smooth , feels like a quality experience despite very basic gameplay. story, characters/acting etc all pretty good

this idtech5 engine needs to go in the bin however

texture pop-in not too bad but is present at times - how is this still happening after rage?!

the graphics are above average and textures up close aren't the worst I have seen but this should be performing a lot better then it is

my system (2600k, 780ti) seems to have a full scale meltdown when trying to downsample any resolutions - get some jittery 20-40fps action for about 30 seconds then down to 1-2fps

Vsync doesn't seem to be working (haven't tried anything in the NVidia control panel)

oh and the cutscenes look really average (worse then in game graphics) - was expecting better

even despite the above, still recommend the game to anyone

G2A for around $42 is the right price

If anyone has suggestions re downsampling performance or the vsync it would be much appreciated!
 
hardocp gave this game a good slagging, for pc users its no go!

the game looks nice and a nice long 20 hour campaign but with a size of 40gbs i would expect a little more. most likely will never buy this game unless i get google fiber but, seeing as how that is only in like what 5% of the usa i dont see that happening.
