If this game was more texture oriented then I might say this was a good idea but it depends on mainly on lighting effects which just aren't there with 2.0.

Although for the extreme budget-limited, or those with say x850's that still want some more mileage out of them, I guess this is better than skipping the game.

You can run it at 640*480, minimum settings! w00t

If you can live with the black patchy shadows then I guess you may well be ok. Although I still wouldnt pay for the game if i wasnt seeing it in all its visual beauty. Its too much of an experience to lose out on so much.

Funny really because the aliasing in the game isnt bad atall for me. The demo was particularly bad but the game is so good looking, if there is any aliasing i'm not paying attention to it. I'm just having too much fun!

I heard the engine isnt programmed to force AA so it may be a permanent problem. As with R6Vegas, MOH Airborne etc.

The Problem with AA is due to How the Unreal 3 engine does lighting your not suppose to be able to have it. The game looks great and runs very well for me, but if i did the trick to force AA in the driver i think the frames would be unbearable
