Asus just posted new beta 1412 bioses for some boards that have this information: "SoC voltage for Ryzen 7000X3D series limited to a maximum of 1.30V to protect the CPU and motherboard."

Thermal limit, should be in PBO settings.
its on the enhanced PBO but i thought the limit for X3D was 89c and on there theres only 70-80-90c limits, probably 1c more wont hurt but just wondering why they didn't add a X3D PBO temp limit

This was covered a while ago while you were on your break, even though it says 90 it's actually 89. Also heard the whole thing is broken as it sets CO too low but I don't know for sure.

@Veii how are you getting on curve optimising your chip? is it still minimal CO offsets or can we go a lot more whilst avoiding stretch/gating etc?

Why would you say that? Seem 2100-2167 runs just fine on 1.3V VDDCR_SOC. Some even run 2200.
6200 sure, 6400+ probably not so much. Similar for fclk, likely to be limited to 2100-2133 for most unless you have an absolutely golden of golden chips.

I doubt so. Also consider 1.3v is the max safety determined, when you add in LLC and overshoot, you want to lower to 1.25v to 1.28v conservatively.

I just tried and i got a PFN_LIST_CORRUPT bsod, almost killed my c: drive! Speaking from 64GB pov

Which SoC readout do I need to watch in hwinfo?
The vddcr_soc stays locked at 1.3v after manually setting it. The 'cpu soc' readout from Hero sensor shows max 1.296v and avg of 1.291v. I am currently running 2100fclk at 6000/cl28 tuned on 64gb. No issues. Probably soc could go lower.

Also it looks like Asus might already set it bit conservatively to 1.3v, pretty sure 1.35v is still fine as well.
