Hi guys i have a AMD PHENOM X6 1055T and ASUS M4A765D-M PRO motherboard.DDR2 4x2gb ram(8gb).
HD5570 display card.

Im taking 3.2ghz with my settings.
My cooler is good so not problem for cooling.
I cant open with 533 dram mhz screen is waiting on black.
How can ı get more for this cpu.I saw my CPU and motherboard are good at overclocking.
I added my bios settings and cpu-z features .
Thanks.

FSB(ref clock) is at 232MHz, you are changing the speed of everything. Set it to 200 and then set your RAM divider to change RAM speed. Change cpu multiplier to change cpu speed.

There are a lot of recent trash Youtube Vids on overclocking these Phenom II's, here are a couple of good guides from this site on it, its not like overclocking today's CPU's and auto settings were not very good back then.

Phenom II Overclocking Guide

Phenom II NB Overclocking

These were neat little CPU in the day. I really liked the unlockable ones, mooore coooores. Have fun!

I'd probably lower the multiplier of the CPU and the ram ratio. And try for a higher fsb. 232 seems kinda low. You might be hitting a ram limitation.

Stock is x14 multi? On 1055 that's a locked multiplier so you will need 285 base clock (fsb) to hit 4GHz.

For Phenom II, more than 1066MT/s (533MHz) is going to be very difficult so you will want that memory divider at around x187 or less.

You can probably do 2600MHz CPU-NB so dial that multiplier to x9. Try for more later (some can do it).

For HT Link, you want around 2000MHz for best stability. Dial that multi in at x7.

Those are all going to need voltage adjustments and it's hard to keep Phenom II x6 cool. They really get more unstable at around 70C.

If I recall, I used between 1.5-1.65v when overclocking the core and around 1.3-1.35v on the CPU-NB. For DDR2, 1.8-2.3v.
