Hi man, thanks for replying, but how do you update the firmware from BIOS? When i update the BIOS only updates the BIOS... it doesnt give me an option to update the firmware

Sorry, I didn't realize you were specifically talking about the Intel ME firmware, and I thought it would get automatically updated also via regular BIOS (aka UEFI firmware) updates.
