It seems 8200 is daily-able with reasonable voltages. Karhu and TM5 is stable with these timings, nothing earth shattering for sure.

Few questions as Im coming from AM5 and intel has tons more things to change.

I've changed only very basics. Is there some up-to-date cheat sheet how to tighten these further?

Hello buddy, thank you very much for the tips ;)
This is running with administrator privileges and 1usmus.

VDD: 1.45v / VDDQ: 1.45v / TX: 1.35v / IMC: 1.4v / SA: 1.25v
4 days without any bsod.

* Tonight I will running with 25 cycles ;)

And next some VST/VT3 runs :)

Is there some way to try fix RTL's? Some reason all but 8400 works on default settings. Same exact settings on both only difference is frequency.
I've tried loosen primaries and setting auto for secondaries as show on pictures, but 8400 RTL's remain unmatched.

1.2 SA
1.4 TX
1.5 IMC
1.6 VDD
1.5 VDDQ

Not yet, is there a .bin that I can configure to have a quick and dirty test and also stop on failure?
Create shortcut from y-cruncher and edit flags to your liking

It should look something like this

X:\my\ycruncher\path\y-cruncher.exe pause:1 stress VT3 -TL:7200

pause means it will not exit window after your declared TL (time limit in seconds) has reached. It will stop on error anyways.

it should but I don’t have a chance without watercooling.

I just stress tested my stable 8600mhz xmp profile on low fan rpm , dims hit 58c and got an error code 13 in just 15minutes! So it’s clear that 8600mhz xmp will pass up to 50c.

For tighter timings the memory becomes even more heat sensitive which makes it impossible on stock heatsinks + fans.
Try naked? My cheapo 7200Mhz corsair vengeances lost 10c if not more by just stripping the stock "heatspreaders". Some of the IC's didn't even touch the heatspreader - judging by the imprint on the thermaltape.

Edit: both was with fan.

Yes I have ordered the Iceman Direct cooling Kit since 16 January and it just got exported from china. It will take probably another 2-3 weeks to receive , very slow shipping vs when I ordered the Iceman DD block for the cpu that I received in just 20 days.

Nice temps indeed! What is the ambient temp?

I may give it a try then. Do I heat them up and separate the heatsinks with my fingers?

I remember my previous Mdie Z5 32GB 6000mhz kit had only a two side sticky tape lol and nothing on the pmic , poor and stingy to say at least.
I don't know exact number but my guess is around 20-22.

These corsairs we're easy, just hairdryer until it was still comfort to touch and pried them open with finger nail.
