Have a look through your FakeFactory directory in Steam, you'll find some naughty ones. I got shouted at when i even linked to them :\\

 

Love the new shaders and lighting. But is there an option to keep the same models faces? I'm just not digging the 'new' barney and alyx. Although i do like the old alyx with the 'enhanced' chest

something tells me thats more of a reason why most people downloaded this mod in the first place

I think if the folder with the models for the "new" characters is removed it won't install. But who knows.

 

I'll be installing this later today

If anyone knows how to get the old characters back, lmk.

I like that new model for Alyx, but I too ain't digging the new faces...

...and I ain't even trying that mod out till I upgrade my GPU. @ 1920x1080 w/ some AA and AF I bet my 7900GTX would just DIE.

I don't like her face but the extensions she got improve her character's appearance...That was an awful way of putting it but whatever.

Do you have to have HL2 + EP1 + EP2 to get it to work? I only have HL2.

 

You'll be fine with just HL2, don't worry.

And don't worry about the "if you don't have 3+ gigs of ram this wont work" - it'll run just fine. I played everything full at 16x10 with a stock E6600, 2gig of ram and a 7900GT.. Easy going mate.

 

I am having issues with taking screen shots with fraps and this game. Everytime I hit F10 the games closes. Anybody know how to fix this so I can post some screenies?

 

Doesn't Source games have a Screenshot button? I think it's F5 - it snaps it and automaically saves the image in a folder somewhere in your Steam folder..
