I own all of the HL's also.

HL2 is the only game i have ever completed more than once. It deserves some kind of medal.

Power, i understand were you are coming from.

It happened to me

I got to the part were you are at a big bridge and you have to jump across all the steel girders (trying not to spoil it.) Then i had to re-install windows.

After that i completed the game. Then i completed again before i played Ep 1 to refresh my memory

It is a very long game, so it is understandable that some people don't get the opportunity to complete it for various reasons.

Could someone link me to this mod please? I have never been a big lover of mod packs. But if it improves textures i am all for it!

I know, i was amazed when i first played it! I played HL2 before i played HL1 so i was totally un-prepared for how big and immersive the world is.

Lol i got annoyed at that bit as well. I left the game for a month when i got to that point because it annoyed me. Then i went back to it and completed it

I have a pretty bad memory when it comes to games, it kind of goes in one side of ym brain and then exits the other side

There are a lot more worthy people in this thread

With that said, i haven't played HL1 in ages. In fact the last time i gamed on my PC must have been about 2 months ago, i think i might have to give it a whirl.

That sucks. None of the questions have been answered as of yet. I don't see how one episode can wrap this story up without rushing it. Unless it is a very big episode.
