I think I might have a memory instability problem with my system.

These are the modules I'm running
G.Skill TridentZ DDR4-3600 C15 DC SR - 2x8GB

I'm running them with the XMP profile in bios which sets them to 3600-15-15-15-35-2t 1.35v

I'm getting random blue screens when I play games and while just browsing with the following error message:
"IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL"

They don't happen that often, but often enough for cause of concern. I also get random CTD's while playing certain games.

My system used to run stable, but not anymore.

Any ideas?

Here is the rest of my system specs. I've also attached a screenshot of HWinfo to this post:
I7 8700k delidded @ 5GHz with NZXT Kraken x62
Asus Maximus Hero XI
Cooler Master V850 Gold
Cooler Master H500M
Asus Geforce 1080ti Strix OC

Try raising DRAM Voltage slightly to 1.37V or 1.40V to see if it can be more stable. Supplied Voltage is typically lower than set Voltage for that motherboard so 1.35V may only be sending 1.34V or 1.33V, which is a big deal for that kit to reach the target specs.

You can also test each individually to see if one performs differently than the other.

The memory is already pushing 1.379v. I've tried to increase it upwards to 1.40v, but with no difference. I ran memtest86+ for 8 hours on each stick separately with no errors. I'm starting to think It might be something else?

What do you think? Did you check out the attached screenshot for further information on voltages and other things?

Probably your core voltage too low
Looks like manual mode 1.270v for 5.0
Try adaptive and offset auto with additional turbo at what you set manually 1.270v and see what the board pulls the vid's at or min/ max readings.

Actually the vcore is set at Auto. I've been running stable like this for almost a year now. I think I got lucky with my chip.

Anyways, I did what you told me to try. Here is a new screenshot of HWinfo.

Yep 4 out of 6 cores pulling 1.3v now that's a lot higher than 1.27v and can produce instability
If you want to go back to manual I'd split the difference at 1.285v see how it goes but on auto and only pulling what you first posted i find that really odd.
Auto voltages aren't always best to use might work okay for a while but then stop with no real reason why.
 
If you want find out if you have memory instability problem, just run the processor at default settings and the memory setup to XMP.

I reverted back to an older bios version. Haven't had a BSOD in a couple of days now.
I'm using the same settings in the bios.
Hmm, weird.

I'm having pretty big vdrops under load though. Like 50-55mv even with LLC 6.
 
Vcore voltage drop is normal. Hopefully you have the problem solved.
