Hi guys,
I have a 2x16GB 3200 C14 kit but I'm considering buying either TR4 or LGA2066 due to PCIE lanes, these run best with a quad kit but my kit became unobtainium and would be crazy expensive now. However, I've found the new G.Skill NEO 3600 CL16 for a crazy low price - 440 for 4x16GB.
Not that I need that much RAM but for example, 4x8GB B-Die from G.Skill is going for around 415 so 440 for double the capacity sounds like a steal.

What is this kit, is it B-Die? The timings are suspicius, 3600 CL16 but the rest is already at -19-19-
The model number is F4-3600C16Q-64GTZNC

Any advice? Could be that it's Micron E-Die or are Microns only found in Crucial/Micron RAM itself?

For B die, you're looking for a kit that doesn't end in the C, and at 3600 has the following timings: Timing 16-16-16-36

I've ordered this kit for my intel, but haven't tested it yet:
G.SKILL Trident Z Neo (For AMD Ryzen) Series 64GB (4 x 16GB)
288-Pin RGB DDR4 SDRAM DDR4 3600 (PC4 28800) Desktop Memory
Model F4-3600C16Q-64GTZN
